experience was ok. Friendly staff but i went in on the Wednesday and had blood tests suggestive of a kidney infection. no one bothered to call to tell me the results/prescribe medication so im in pain now for no reason and its the weekend so ill have to wait even longer to get treated. Also i had to tell the nurse to come take the iv drip out after 3 hours of waiting she was just staring at pics on facebook.

I always have a good experience here. I been going to Jeff since I was 18 years old I say this a lot if I can’t come to Jeff don’t take me anywhere. The level of care and compassion these Registered nurses, Technicians and Doctors give you is top notch. They don’t get recognized enough. Anytime I have any emergencies I will only come to Jefferson. Big thanks for taking care of me
I went there with my mom that did a great job within 2 hours I was done.
