The UCSD hospital at Hillcrest is a very good place they may seem as if they don't care...but go to the lajolla branch and be black and they figure out you are not at all from the area at that point you are treated like trash. I found it to be a place I would not take a dying dog filled with any thing deadly. Due to the fact he would be better in the street dying alone
