Broke a tool off during a root canal as well as did the crown improperly had to go to another dentist to get it fixed
Avoid. Took my wife in to get emergency work done. Before any work was started after previous appt i paid up front on my care credit card. I asked twice to make sure the account is paid in full. Receptionist assured me it was paid and nothing else is due. Nearly a year later i now have a collection agency bugging me for $300+ dollars. Never once called me about this. Why?? RecommendedCalled at 9am and was seen the same day. Very personable, efficient staff. The dental problem was corrected to my satisfaction. Even got a refund for a service charged, but not needed.
