Went in for a tooth and jaw pain on Jan 20th 2026 and was told I'd hear from a specialist by the end of the week since I need to be put under for my procedure, I'm still in pain and hardly able to eat and haven't heard from any specialist. I emailed the office 4 days ago asking who or where the specialist was at so I can try to make contact about my procedure and never heard back. 10-10 One of the few emergency walk in offices open late in the city. Yes you may wait but its 1st come 1st serve Its to be expected it is a emergency service. The Dentist and staff are very very kind and pleasant. DR Stratman has a exceptional bedside manner. Sedation is also a bonus option. Procedure was fast and painless and the price was extremely fair. As someone who hates anything tooth related, this was hands down the single most best experience in a dentist setting I have ever had. I had a tooth that had been bothering me for months, and finally the last two days I had been in agonizing pain and unable to sleep or even move. My wife set an appointment online for 9:20, I was in and out by 10:30, tooth removed and ALL THE PAIN IS GONE. Quick and very professional, understood my anxiety and was extremely reassuring
Got me right in with a broken tooth. Didn't have a long wait time. Got me into a room and everything taken care of pretty quickly and they were very nice the whole time.
