Beyond grateful and blessed for the care of the doctors and nurses as well as the surgical team with Dr.Flynn for the urgent care and getting me into surgery in the middle of the night and removing the problem that was causing a decline in my health so friendly and professional every single person i came across absolutely wonderful hospital to have been sent to!!
The staff at Dell is very kind and warming based on the large capacity of people they recieve everyday. The wait time is something that has to be worked on. Everyone who comes in that ER is not feeling well and feels their case is just as emergent as the next. That's the only problem there. The facility is clean and all but tge wait time is terrible.
I felt like the doctors didn’t care about what my mother was going through. The next day, I took her to another hospital where they not only showed concern but was concerned, and now she’s finally getting the help she needs.
