Unexpected doctors bill, no filing on insurance profile, took over two months to send bill. Another $1300 plus. Already paid facility bill, seven doctors bills, two anesthesia bills, and operation room bill. This is a new one. Twelve bills , one hospital visit? Total paid out of pocket over $5300 and they want more. So far they billed my insurance company over $25000 for an issue that should cost insurance about $10000 at most. Never been here however I’ve received a collection debt on my credit! Fraudulent charges to someone who doesn’t live in Atlanta
Incompetent customer service. I also had to ask for an itemized bill 3 times before the lady said she will send it to me. And they refused to provide information electronically so now I have to wait 10 days to get it by mail. Whatever this company is supposed to be doing, it seems to be set up as a scam
It looks as though they are all a scam - They don't answer phone and then send collection agencies... My doctor was DR. WELCH
