We can't thank the kind staff & Dr. Laurie Brewer enough for helping us through a very hard time in putting our Best Friend, LadyBug to Rest in Heaven! The Dear Doctor even sent a sweet note in the mail. We made the best decision in picking this hospital on a late Sunday night. We felt like we were surrounded by family at such a sad time. We'll never forget the kindness you gave to our sweet baby. You all are The Lord's helpers. Thank you very much, The Schittino Family....
In an ideal world I would never have to come here. This world being less than ideal, I'm eternally thankful for the kind and supportive staff and great vets.
What a great place! Thanks for taking such good care of our dog last night. He's so much better now!
From bloat, to ear infections, to emergency surgery for my pugs...quick pain relief for an elderly coonhound...they have helped our family through so many emergencies. Recommended by our vet and we couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend!
Our dog ate some Ibuprofen and became very ill late on a Sunday evening. Happily we found the Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City. Everyone on the staff was very caring. The dog stayed overnight for treatment and we picked her up in the morning along with care instructions and medicines. The Doctor very clearly explained treatment, risks, and costs up front. A follow up with our regular vet and we're back on track. It's nice to know that you're available if we should ever need your services again. Highest recommendati... read more
Very pleased with the care my cat Maggie received today. Prompt, gentle, caring from the desk staff to the tech to Dr Brewer. Thank you. I would recommend them highly.
Trapper cat says thank you very much for all the loving and special care.
I was here this morning, and the vet tech wrote "retriever mix" on my purebred dog's file, after I had written out "Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever" on the intake forms. What's the point of having a section on the intake forms for my dog's breed if the vet tech is going to write "mix" anyway? More importantly, do your vet techs not understand that certain dog breeds have specific health issues associated with them? It is helpful for a vet to know my dog's breed if I come in with an issue.
