tried to come in to ask questions about the program and specifically how it improves mental health and wasn't able to. just a constant barrage of personal questions towards me with someone i just met, then assumed i wanted to use the treatment and sent forms to my insurance company asking for treatment payments without consent from myself. then assumed I would participate in the treatment and laughed at me when i said i didnt want to. terrible.
