I have had poor communication with Sherita. I was told a certain move in date when applying for the apartment, and after applying I have had little to no follow up. I have reached out several times and heard nothing back in response. I cannot wait weeks for a follow up whenever I am in need of finding a place to stay by a certain time frame.
I just met the nicest maintenance man(Joe)come and repair something in my apartment. CEC really trust in the Lord. Everyone I've met has talked about God in their life. I really like that about CEC and the employees here. I'm so grateful for peace
Sherita is very professional and great attitude. Very caring and is a great help. Finding out everything they do, they help out many people in many ways! Definitely recommending! 10 out 10!
When I spoke with Miss Sherita in the office I was impressed how professional she is. I have been looking for a clean, quiet affordable peaceful place to live and I found it at Emerald Run. Close to everything, good neighborhood for walking with kids. My apartment was very clean, and everything works. CEC really helps you if you want and need help.
