I was referred here by a very wonderful person and introduced me to Sherita who has been a blessing and a godsend. My family and I were homeless. My son had serious health issues and they have been nothing but amazing and supportive throughout this journey. Anytime I have a maintenance request, It’s done immediately. I hate the CEC and the people who run it. They are supposed to be people if Gid. But they prove they are people of greed. Stay away from this apartment complex.

I have had poor communication with Sherita. I was told a certain move in date when applying for the apartment, and after applying I have had little to no follow up. I have reached out several times and heard nothing back in response. I cannot wait weeks for a follow up whenever I am in need of finding a place to stay by a certain time frame.
