I rented a unit on Nueces from them, I would not recommend. Communication is horrible, expect to be gouged with fees, and don't plan on getting any of your deposit back. The unit itself had plumbing and roach issues, which were only addressed after hounding management. Take your business elsewhere.
Terrible leasing company with shady practices and unfair charges. Keeping my entire deposit on claims that the apartment wasn't cleaned, when I paid professional cleaners to clean it. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE.
This is by far the WORST apartment management company I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious—rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. Every email I’ve received from the office staff has been curt and condescending, as if tenants are an inconvenience to them rather than paying customers. Pretty standard with regards to property management companies. Requested maintenance gets done though sometimes it takes a while, quality and speed of communication largely depend on which property manager you're working with. Some are really responsive and communicative, others not so much. They do have some pretty nice homes in good areas for very reasonable prices.
This management company is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They do not answer their texts, calls or emails. They will leave your maintenance request open for months and months until you hound them about it. They never communicate when maintenance will get done, instead they just show up whenever it’s convenient for them. It sucks renting from them but I can’t imagine leaving my property in their hands as they do nothing to take care of them. They are the WORST.
