The only reason I've put 1/2 stars is because the site won't allow for zero. The guy was an hour late, was rude and did not do the job. He was literally at my house for 5 minutes and expected to be paid "something" since he "drove over here". With all the great reviews I thought I'd picked a winner. Wrong.
Business response:
Customer booked an appointment for between 4-6PM I arrived at her house at 5:15, so I don't know where she got that I was an hour late. I also called her at 3:30pm and told her I was on my way, and it would be about 5PM. When I confirmed the appointment with her, I asked her specifically if she was sure she had the correct parts to complete the job, and that the parts she needed were specific to each valve, she assured me she had the right parts, but when I arrived she didn't have the right material to do the job. ... read more
Roy was very personable. He gave us options so we could decide what was best for our home and budget. We will absolutely be keeping his number handy for any plumbing problems in the future!
Very professional and friendly. I was in need of replacing a toilet and having leaky faucets repaired. The work was completed as promised in a timely manner. Pricing was good and he even offered to try to get me a better price on my replacement toilet. I have no reservations recommending Roy for plumbing work and repair.
I had a badly clogged kitchen sink. It was unclogged after repeated attempts and I am happy with his service.

Repair prices were much better than other. Work was completed as expected, well done.
Roy was amazing. We had a pipe burst around 7pm. I went on home advisor looking for recommendations and scheduled the appointment. Roy called me later that evening to see if he could come earlier and to find out exactly what we needed. He showed up on time, made the smallest cut possible into the wall and repaired the pipe. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I would recommend Emerald Plumbing and will also call them first should I need a plumber in the future.
Arrived long before appt. time - in fact I was late. Job was completed within 20 minutes. I was given estimate before hand - so no surprises. We have future "date" for a new water heater.
Good service, good price, good experience. Fast and professional. What more can you ask for? Thanks Roy!
