Located needed part, picked it up and completed repair in a timely manner. Roy is a very competent plumber and price is very fair. would definitely use him again.

had a leak coming to kitchen floor where water was coming through the seams. he couldn't find anything wrong in dishwasher or kitchen sink. played with some stuff, still charged me above necessary without brainstorming what else could be wrong. what bothers me is he couldn't explain where else the water is coming from and its still leaking today.
