I’ve had a great experience at this OB-GYN office. Everyone on the staff has been kind, professional, and caring from my very first visit. They take the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable and well cared. The office is clean, well organized, and appointments have been efficient. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent.
The staff is friendly when you’re in the office, but responsiveness outside of face-to-face interactions has been extremely disappointing. I had ongoing medical situation and concerns that required follow-up, yet I had to reach out multiple times via phone and text over the course of weeks before receiving a response. Love Dr.Lovely and staff this is the place to be
Scammers. Do not go here. They will overcharge you no matter what your copay is and they'll refuse to give a refund for their mistakes. Insurance company calls them and they claim their billing department is "closed until Thursday or Friday". I thought I was supporting a black woman, but this office has done nothing but waste my time and drain my pockets.
The name says it all!! Lovely office. Great staff… Dr. Lovely simply the best!!!
