Have lived in three different apartment units since moving to Indiana in 2014 and couldn't ask for anything more out of Emerald Lakes. Thanks again for hosting residents at the Pancake Bar recently - you can always expect a warm greeting and cordial welcome from the front office to address your needs.
When we first moved in the management was accommodating and easy to get along with. It changed within the last 2 years be for we moved out. When we finally moved out we found that they had been charging us extra for a garage we turned back over to them and been charged for several months. The rent is too high and the neighbors were questionable. We had 20 somethings living across the way from us and they would be out on their porch at 1-2 A.M. and we could hear everything they were saying while we were TRYING to sleep.
We have been very happy with our apartment since the first day we moved in. We love the spaciousness of it, the wonderful staff, and the dog friendly atmosphere of the apartment and maintenance staff. This is a nice, quite, and quaint place to live.

Three years and I still Love love love this place. Lauren, and Nikki are great. Clarence and Matt are great about getting things done. The grounds are beautiful and very we'll maintained. I could not ask for a better place to live. I plan on living here many more years.
