My experience working with Emerald Lady to pick out an engagement ring for my bride-to-be was extraordinary from start to finish. They went above and beyond in educating me about different diamonds and rings and settings and then helped me to discreetly figure out my fiancé's ring size without her knowing! What I thought was going to be a nerve-racking process was smooth and easy and completely enjoyable. Oh, and my fiancé LOVED her ring!
My husband and I wanted to look at verragio engagement rings in person and drove from Tallahassee all the way to Destin to try them on. After meeting these shop owners we not only gave them our business for the engagement ring but kept going back for my verragio wedding band and then his verragio band too. Every time we go back they polish my diamond for free. They are incredibly knowledgeable and caring people. We couldn't be happier with our choice and will always go back when we are in the area.

The owners did such an amazing job working with him and I'm so glad he chose Emerald Lady! We also purchased my wedding band with them as well and they were extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Each time visiting the store has always been a great experience.
