WOW! I cannot thank Bob and Priscilla and their team at Emerald Lady enough for what they have done for me. My engagement ring band completely snapped in half (no idea how it happened a total freak accident) I originally took it to a different jewelry where they told me that it was unable to be repaired and they needed to re-cast the entire ring for $2000. I took it to Emerald lady for a second opinion, they were able to completely repair the entire ring for a fourth of the cost. Bob and Priscilla both called me multiple tim... read more

We got my engagement ring from them(the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen) and went back recently and got my Fiancé’s wedding band and they are always so personable and helpful. They never forget a customer. They never try to pressure you to buy the most expensive ring, they give you a genuine opinion of what looks best all while helping you stay in budget. The quality of their jewelry is 10/10. So happy we found them and decided to check out their store!!
