everything is superb except pool is cold and hot tub doesn't work and cannot get heater to turn on
The resort check in process is the worst. it took 2.5 hours to check in. The house we rented was not maintained well, the furniture was old, raggedy, and ripped. The beds were hard. the pots and pNs were horrible. I will not stay here again
