My family and I stay at Emerald Island resorts. The resorts itself was nice. But the house we stay in was not very clean. The floors were dusty, some of the bathroom were not cleaned properly. On our third day there we found two adult diapers with fececs in the dresser and nightstand drawers. I call the home owner and found out most of the property owner leave out of the state, or country. The villa is lovely, but the noise from the neighbours is awful, we have 3 small children who can't sleep as we have 3 villas around us partying wiv music loud, the only thing u can do is ring the sherif, the security on site does nothing, quiet times are supposed to be 11-7 but wiv people still going strong at 2am is takes the p*ss a bit, won't be staying here again

Loved being there! We had an amazing trip and the condo was so roomy and nice.
The best thing about was the layout of the house we stayed in. Other than that it didn't have that clean fell to it. The pool was litered with things like a lot of toys. Everything was outdated and built with cheap materials. Frig leak water, gameroom had no working games and the dart game feel out of the holder and almost landed on my foot and which would have been the start of a bad vacation. That goodness I was only there for one night with family and the next day I had reservations some where else.
The AC had some issues and at that time the flies are really bad but it’s still a nice atmosphere and very good for family gatherings.
It was just like the pictures. They needed some type of radio, but besides that I had a great experience.
Really nice community & beautiful houses... I would stay there again
