The landlord and maintenance man stole my things from my storage unit. I made a police report. The detective and I have left messages no response. It’s sad they have no empathy or compassion. I wouldn’t ever recommend them.
I rent under Emerald Housing Mgmt. At the Leslie in Nashville. I cannot get anyone from the office to return my call. This company does not care about their tenants or their safety. I literally have no open parking. Filed a complaint with the BBB Nashville the people at the Leslie said company is headquarter in Knoxville. Now logging a complaint with BBB Knoxville. These people are the absolute most deplorable humans.
I have held on to my words long enough, I have lived in my unit for 4 years and today was the day that I’ve had enough of the way this property is ran.
