Warning do not move into any of Emerald Housing apartments. Unfortunately my daughter and I lived in one of there apartments for 6 years because I didn’t have any money to get out of there sooner. They are slum lords and always need to get inside your place and they always threaten that if they can’t get in it’s a $150.00 fine.
