I'll start with the director of the facility is a lier, as they stated they were able to care for our loved one when they were not. The antipsychotic drugs they put her on without notifying the family or the Guardian is f.... up. They would not clean her when she went to the bathroom and they made decision to make changes with out the Guardian being notified. I could go on however I feel you have the point. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE'S HERE.

they dont, care,. not in a hurry about anything, they just want to collect a pay check. the ones that suffer the most are the ones that cant help themselves. can be rude to family members. and the list goes on. if you have someone in a home you should always do random checks stay a while and watch. cause something is not being handled. I know cause I feel like I have to live up here just to make sure they are doing what is order.

They need to close down! Sub standard care. My mother was there for rehab after breaking her hip. she developed bed sores on both heels and her buttock that were allowed to get wet when they showered her. She developed gangrene and MRSA staph infection in them that required 2 stays in the hospital for massive antibiotics. Seven months later they aren't totally healed and she is now bedridden.
They have given my mom the worst care possible..... Don’t put your loved one here, absolutely no compassion, nasty facilities, sat with my mom for 3 hours.... not a sole checking on her. My heart breaks. People are rude and un-compassionate 😢
10 weeks this place has a lot of problems... Specially the night shift
My husband was recently there and he was left dirty on numerous occasions. I would go to and the staff was ready to leave at 5: 40 sitting in the lobby on the computer or reading the newspaper instead of taking care of the residents. I wouldn't have a problem with this except for the neglected care that wad given to my spouse.
