RecommendedMy mother just recently passed away and My husband is now a residence there due to a massive stroke . I did not have to think twice where I wanted my husband to get his help and care from. My mom was treated so good and loved that's the key she was loved and treated with respect and dignity. The staff does not see patients to take care of they see family. Emerald Hills is a family . Nice enough I'd leave my Mom there.
Very clean environment and nice staff. The food is great too.
They need to close down! Sub standard care. My mother was there for rehab after breaking her hip. she developed bed sores on both heels and her buttock that were allowed to get wet when they showered her. She developed gangrene and MRSA staph infection in them that required 2 stays in the hospital for massive antibiotics. Seven months later they aren't totally healed and she is now bedridden.
10 weeks this place has a lot of problems... Specially the night shift
