Let me correct some lies they have in their listing: This is not a gated community and there is only onsite security for a few hours each evening. Even then they let just anyone in, barely even glancing up before opening the gate. The sand volleyball court is not new, there is no playground, and most of the laundry facilities do not work.

The old bait and switch I’m very disappointed. I was showed one apartment which is called a phase 1. It was lovely clean and had sidewalk appeal bc the walk was clean with zero fractures. So when I was called, that was my expectation. When I arrived at the property, I asked to see the townhouse that I would be leasing. It wasn’t close to my expectation. They Do Not Care /Rude / Fake /Liars/ Dirty Pick a different apartment. I moved in and multiple things already broken in the apartment. This includes fire alarm, shower head was squealing, front electrical gfi outlet cover ripped off, patio door blinds were taped with clear tape and 7 of them fell down. I was later charged for 8 broken ones. I broke one of them. I picked up ten grocery bags of dog crap out of the dog park. Grass is usually a hayfield to walk in. STAY FAR AWAY Rent has gone up nearly $400 the past few years. They will add an extra $100 a month to each new lease sign. They care more about the dogs than the owners. They state that it's a gated community but there is never a guard on duty. Dog crap is left everywhere and there is never any parking because they allow people from out of town park here and take the bus downtown. STAY FAR AWAY.

Live here! My time at EG was great. Upon move in, the apartment was clean, well painted, wood floors were great and kitchen counter tops were beautiful. Upstairs rugs were clean and heat, water, gas worked just fine. I had a couple repairs later on I needed done [screen door, seal around front door] and maintenance was SUPER fast. Excellent Townhome & Community My husband and I love living here!! The community is very well taken care of with landscaping and garbage removal. The laundry rooms are always convenient and clean. If anything is broken maintenance will fix it promptly and efficiently. The staff always have fun events/ gifts for residents to show their appreciation which is amazing and unheard of now-a-days. lovely absolutely gorgeous peaceful and serene looking. I love the look of the Clubhouse and the gym would be wonderful. Love the look of the laundry facilities nice and spacious.

Great Townhome!!! I loved living here! Me and my family had so much space. it felt like we we're living in a house but for way cheaper. The dog park was a great bonus. I also loved that the fitness center was open 24-hours. it made my workout so much easier once i put the kids to bed. Really nice pet and family friendly community. The staff is also wonderful. I will be renewing my lease!

Don't do it! I lived here for a year, never any parking ever after 5pm. Manager is very unprofessional and rude to residents, does not do his job well. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors showering and talking in all rooms. When moving out they make up lies to charge you and keep your security deposit. Will charge you for cleaning and carpet stains regardless of it you actually cleaned or not. It's cheaply made but expensive.
