I am extremely disappointed with the service at Emerald Eye Center. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:15 AM today, which the office repeatedly confirmed through calls and messages in the days leading up to it. I was also told over the phone that my insurance would be accepted. When I arrived, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed that they do not actually accept my insurance—despite being assured otherwise beforehand.
