Very disappointing experience. I ordered sunglasses and paid extra for lens replacement, but when I received the glasses, the lenses were not changed at all, even though I was charged for it. The same thing happened to my brother. He was told it would take one week, but the glasses were delayed. When we called, they kept saying the work was still in progress. I had a great experience at this family-run optician’s office. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a really good selection of frames. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. It’s clear they care about their customers and their community.
