Having just moved to Victoria, I chose the Emerald Eye Care in Fairfield out of convenience. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the attention provided by the attending staff and Dr. Jason Klar. I have had a fair amount of experience with optometrists and ophthalmologists over the past several years, and I found Dr.Klar to be a very thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly patient and effective communicator….he has a lovely manner, which puts one at ease
