There are only a few providers that take my insurance in Billings and Emerald eye care was one of them. There wasn’t an actual doctor in this office. A technician did the actual vision exam, and the doctor did a telehealth evaluation. He acted like he didn’t look through my health information before getting online because he didn’t know I had Type 1 diabetes. I have been to Emerald Eye Care for my eye health for some years. The staff are very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. From Misty at the front desk, Matt the tech, who is fun to work with, and Dr Beard, every procedure and result was explained in terms easy to understand.
