Always a pleasant experience for me. His staff were courteous and very kind and took time to explain my options on needed dental work. I think Dr. Gardner has a great "chair side" manner. He always welcomes me and helps me understand what needs attention and what doesn't.
The staff is top notch especially the dental hygienist Jaz. I have a hard time anxiety wise with any procedure done at the dentist, but Jaz was very helpful in making me comfortable. The Dentist is very understanding and wonderful as well.
Let me preface with I am very guarded when it comes to dentists. This was my first visit at Emerald Dental. Let me tell you, they treat you with care. Like a person, not just a customer. No one was trying to sell me any products (like most dentists prioritize these days). They are transparent about pricing and keep you informed on your treatment plan. I am glad that my (adult, autistic) son feels comfortable with Dr. Gardner and staff. They make sure he is comfortable and understands what's happening. That is much appreciated.
Very great place to go for dental work. All of the staff is so friendly and the Dr is very polite and diligent!
