The staff are incredibly kind and explain everything before they do it and tell you why they’re doing it. They were also helpful with insurance appeals and making sure I understood the payment system.
The whole team is very welcoming and comforting . The lady in the front i didnt catch her name bit she is the best !! She literally went through every detail of my insurance with me. The dentist himself was very poliet , and very knowledgeable on what was going on and how to tackle the situation. Thank you very much emerald ! Looking forward to continue being an emerald patient !!

Every time I visit Dr. Gardner I love the treatment I receive from the reception to the dental hygienist, to the dentist. I leave the office feeling very good about my dental health. Very wonderful office. I suggest Everyone go to Emerald Dental for the best care!!
I had some extractions today and will be following up for a bridge soon. The staff at Emerald are wonderful! They make you feel like family and not just another patient. They have always gone above and beyond to keep me updated on the cost of everything and explain things in detail. Dr. Gardner is great as well. Always making sure I’m comfortable and not in any pain during procedures. I’m glad I finally found a dentist office that has my best interest at heart. This office is well worth my hour drive for an office visit!
