My experience is with the location in Northern ******** and I just have to say that this was my first apartment and hopefully my last with this company managing the complex. They have repeatedly lied to me saying they will fix something or call back and half of the time I call them back only to get the office voicemail.
The old property manager (******* K****) was amazing and i have nothing negative to say about her or the staff that worked with her during her employment.However, the new landlord is completely over her head with this property and is awful at maintaining contact regarding issues within the units. I had a black mold problem go untreated for almost these months after my original complaint to the property manager, ****. Emerald Creek and ROCO Real Estate pride themselves on responding to resident concerns promptly and providing affordable, well-maintained homes for our residents. As stated in our lease agreement, our residents are given a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to entering their home, except in the case of an emergency.
