Renovated apartments are gorgeously done!
"Management" w(B)itch gave me serious sh!t for parking while construction on parking lots was going on. I am a service connected disabled vet who was visiting my daughter. The entire complex should be razed. Horrible mismanagement, no maintenance, lease set up to screw tenants. Run fast and far away from this abysmal hell hole of a shit pile while you can. If you love calling maintenance twice a week because half of your shit doesn't work this is the place for you. If you love paying woodlands prices for spring ghetto then this is the place for you. I cannot put into words how much I despise living here. They made it seem like such a nice place to live when I was shopping for a place. Don't be fooled. Avoid this place like the plague.
Management is unprofessional and they do not make their maintenance men followup with the jobs they are suppose to do. They try to operate as if they have such high standards but they don't. There have been several break ins and robberies also I have had a fire and the electric sockets do not work for poor/old electrical work.
