Medical ethics thrown out the window here. They lied to me. Told me Paxlovid was not FDA approved for Covid. When I’m sick, I should not be subjected to clinic owners political beliefs. I should be able to get politics free medical care. Unbelievable.
RecommendedUPDATE: I went back on 11/18/20 because my antibiotic was not working as quickly and I was still experiencing ear pain. When I called the afternoon of 11/17/20, I was told a Dr. Jacobson would be seeing me and that I should return today. Upon arriving, check in and being taken to the back was seamless. I was seen on October 25, 2020 for earache. I’ve been dealing with ear infections for 10+ years. Seen several doctors over the years with no relief. After going to urgent care, got prescribed some ear drops with steroid and in the last couple of days, I have relief. Something so simple has helped me tremendously. The little details “leave drops in at least 5 minutes” sure makes a difference. Thank you Urgent Care! If only I would have known all this 10+ years ago. Went to this clinic today for the first time. I was in and out within 20 minutes. My prescription was called in to the pharmacy and I was back home within the hour. The building was clean and looked brand new. The nurses were prompt and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
We wasn’t able to be seen today due to trouble with insurance, but we had such a pleasant experience with Amanda at the front desk. She was having to deal with some rude patients and she still maintain professionalism and a pleasant smile!! She was a delight and if I’m ever back in town I will definitely be using them again just because of her!! Great job Amanda!! You deserve a RAISE!! Thank you for helping me as best as you can!!
I went there on a Saturday evening. Very professional and friendly staff. My wait time was 5 minutes. The time it took to get into a room and see the doctor was so fast. I was in and out quickly. They accept Tricare, which is great and they take precautions with COVID-19.

This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. I was told if I got there before 8pm, they would take the fishing hook out of my hand. I got there at 7:58 with a witness to this, and they had already locked the door and ran from sight. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN !!
