I just had to share, I had lots of questions for the area and they were so sweet and helpful. I even called the City for assistance and was told I would receive an email with information I was looking for but that never happened. I couldn't ask for more from Emerald Coast Realty. They were my biggest help. Thx again.

Property management accused me of not complying with the rules and for breaking things in the apartment which we did NOT do. They are trying to squeeze us out of our last dime by asking for $1,376 in damages through AirBnB none of which we are responsible for except maybe for a deeper cleaning since we stayed for almost 2 weeks with a 1 year old.
