I seldomly write reviews but I feel compelled to share how amazed my husband and I were with Beverly’s care and her nurse Brandi. We are new to the practice from out of state and felt so welcomed. Beverly couldn’t have been more thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. She immediately auscultated a heart murmur in our 2yo daughter that our previous pediatrician never mentioned hearing and placed a referral to cardiology to be certain it’s nothing of concern. I’m giving a 1 star review and I have never set foot into the office. That’s how ridiculous my experience was with requesting appointments for my children. If your child is unvaccinated (even if for medical reasons), do not even attempt to become a patient at this office. I was told they are a vaccinating office and they would not see kids who are unvaccinated. Took my 6 month son in for an eye infection, saw Beverly. She said he also had an ear infection and needed antibiotics (amoxicillin) I thought that was odd because I told her he showed no signs of an ear infection and he had no fever .. she also prescribed eye drops for his eye. I am all for antibiotic use when absolutely necessary but I think it’s way over used / over prescribed ..I did not want my otherwise very healthy 6 month old on antibiotics so soon in life unless absolutely necessary so I went for a second opinion at... read more

To start with, the staff is rude, even over the phone. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I looked for another pediatric clinic, especially because my son hasn’t improved since his last evaluation. It seems like this clinic is only concerned about whether your child is up to date on vaccines and routine checkups, but not about anything beyond that.
