The staff and front desk were extremely amazing. Our NP Tiffany has been outstanding as well. However my wife recently went in there and saw Dr. Kenawy and had a terrible experience. He consistently demonstrated aggressive behavior towards my wife regarding our daughter’s vaccine schedule. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. A family’s decision on their vaccine schedule should be at their own discretion. I highly recommend this establishment re-evaluates their bed-side manner.

We absolutely love NP Beverly and really, all the doctors and nurses that run the clinic are wonderful. They always take great care of my kiddos. They have a very warm bedside manner and our kids always know they don't have to be anxious when they know we are going to see them. I highly recommend this pediatricians office to anyone in the area.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this rating. We were highly impressed with Dr. Amika. My husband, daughter and myself were traveling to Panama City to visit family when our daughter got sick. We started out at the ER with no resolution. I contacted Emerald Coast Pediatrics and was able to get in same day. Dr. Amika came in and was super sweet and calming, my daughter even let her look in her ears without any crying or fit, which is not normal for her. Went through all the paperwork, get to the second to last page, and they want a signature from me stating they are a vaccine clinic and expect me to vaccinate. My child has all but one of the childhood recommended vaccines, the TDaP booster, which supposedly stops working every 12 years… funny how at 24, 36, 48, etc everyone isn’t getting it or dropping dead. They refused to see my child unless I signed. This clinic is about money, not true health.

I would not recommend this doctor’s office. As a parent new to navigating autism, I needed resources and support, but none were provided. When we missed a follow-up appointment, my children were immediately dropped from their care, which showed their true level of concern. We switched to Rainbow Pediatrics, and on the first day, they provided us with numerous resources and referrals that greatly benefited my daughter. At Emerald Coast, they seem overly nice and act like they care, but their actions say otherwise.
