Most of the bad reviews are by anti-vaxxers. That just makes me respect them more.
To start with, the staff is rude, even over the phone. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I looked for another pediatric clinic, especially because my son hasn’t improved since his last evaluation. It seems like this clinic is only concerned about whether your child is up to date on vaccines and routine checkups, but not about anything beyond that. The staff and front desk were extremely amazing. Our NP Tiffany has been outstanding as well. However my wife recently went in there and saw Dr. Kenawy and had a terrible experience. He consistently demonstrated aggressive behavior towards my wife regarding our daughter’s vaccine schedule. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. A family’s decision on their vaccine schedule should be at their own discretion. I highly recommend this establishment re-evaluates their bed-side manner.
We absolutely love NP Beverly and really, all the doctors and nurses that run the clinic are wonderful. They always take great care of my kiddos. They have a very warm bedside manner and our kids always know they don't have to be anxious when they know we are going to see them. I highly recommend this pediatricians office to anyone in the area.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this rating. We were highly impressed with Dr. Amika. My husband, daughter and myself were traveling to Panama City to visit family when our daughter got sick. We started out at the ER with no resolution. I contacted Emerald Coast Pediatrics and was able to get in same day. Dr. Amika came in and was super sweet and calming, my daughter even let her look in her ears without any crying or fit, which is not normal for her.
