Ive been coming here since my son was born 04-20-15 and he is a really good doctor. Just confused as to why it took them 6 months to put in for him to get tubes. Double ear infection has been hell for 6 months, finally he has tubes and because "we waited" so long to have it done he will have to have a second procedure done.. Absolutely love this place! My kids have been here for years and we wouldn't change a thing. My kids always seem to get sick only on the weekends and the 45 min - 1 hour wait for "same day" call in appts is reasonable. I have waited 3 hours at other Dr.s offices for a scheduled appointment. The office staff, nurses Dr. Kenawy and the NP's, especially Kara are amazing! They build a relationship with you. From the time you sign in to the minute you walk out...eveyone is great! Check them out, I highly recommend them:-)
My children have seen Dr. Kenawy and Beverly Crawford since they were born. The nurses are always helpful on the phone and make appointments for that day if necessary, which can be why some say there can be a long wait time. Dr. Kenawy and his staff are worth the wait for the level of care they provide their patients.
Great doctors and staff. Take their time and explain issues. Always go above and beyond.
