Absolute best pediatric office in Bay County, hands down. The level of care my son has received since he was born in 2014 by Dr. Kenawy, Mrs. Beverly, Mrs. Kara and Mrs. Erin has been nothing short of amazing. Every single one of them plus nurses and office staff have treated my son like he was one of their own. I would gladly recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
I absolutely love this office and his staff, they are by far the most accommodating and welcoming, whether it’s my same day appointments that they can get me every time, (thank god) to the patience and understanding i receive from the nurses and staff, especially when 1 of my 2 kids are having a melt down or the million questions i may ask, They are professional and offer any help they can provide. I am so beyond happy we switched to them and feel 100% comfortable and at ease with my child as a patient there.
Dr. Kenawy, the nurse practitioners, nursing staff, and office staff are all amazing! Anytime my daughter is fussing, she calms right down as soon as Dr. Kenawy comes in. Anytime I have to call the nurse, I always get a prompt reply with a scheduled appointment if needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
My daughter has been seen at this office since she was 3 days old. Having been a first time mom/one child mom with a million questions and concerns, I've never felt like my questions went unanswered. Dr. Kenawy, Kara, Erin and the new PA Megan truly care about the well being of their patients and I'm happy to now call them my work family for the past year and half.
Dr.Kenawy and his staff are wonderful! The staff has always been great about answering my questions and listening to my concerns! I would definitely recommend Emerald Coast Pediatrics to others!
I have used Dr Kenawy since the day my daughter was born in June 2010. He’s amazing and always goes above and beyond for his patients. I couldn’t have hoped for a better pediatrician for my children. He continues to impress along with his ARNP Ms Beverly. She is the absolute sweetest and we are so grateful to her as well. Will never bring my children anywhere else!!!
Dr. Kara and the nursing staff have no sense of urgency when it comes to a child with the flu. Daughter throws up and nurses are standing in a circle talking while I hold the the secretion asking where the restroom is. I've never had a bad experience here. Not in 10 years but since she signed on and they've welcomed new nurses it seems like no one cares. Beverley should come back and Kara moved to the beach location in my opinion. I absolutely love Emerald Coast Pediatrics and especially Dr. Kenawy! The staff is amazingly sweet and Dr. Kenawy is so diligent and patient with my son. Can calm a screaming newborn down with such ease. Thank you so much ECP for being such an awesome office . ��
