Take your boat someplace else nobody at this “Dealership” cares. Took our 2020 Nautique GS24 to them with the drain plug removed. Picked our boat up with plug in and full of water. Service Manager Mark gave nothing but lies and excuses. Also received our boat back with grease/oil stains all over seats and sea deck. Only thing they would offer is bring the boat back to them to clean. Not after you sunk it!!!
We looked at many boats at various dealers in FL and AL. Found ours at Emerald Coast Marine. Worked with Brig and Steve initially on a smaller boat. My wife said that theres another one thats there and we looked. We got an amazing deal and service with sea trial and delivery. They made all arrangements to adress some warranty items too. Parts and Service Advisor Charlie went out of his way to find a small bolt that had broken off on my trim drive motor. He could have just said no we don't carry that and sent me away but handled my need in a way customers should be treated. He definitely made a repeat customer out of me. Stephanie in the same department was beyond helpful as well. It's very refreshing in these days to find a business that handles customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Had a question about my Key West 250 Bay Reef and Brig answered and was polite and very helpful even though I was just needing to verify some info. Once I'm back in the market gonna go repay the favor. 😎👍
