Woke to water all in my kitchen floor. Called them at 7:30am and they called me back within 10mins. They said someone would be at my home between 9-11am. The guys arrived at 10:30 and fixed my refrigerator. I will definitely be calling again for any other repairs in my home.

Called about my dryer and they came out the same day. From the time I called to the time they finished only an hour had passed. Josh is a sweetheart and explained everything that he was doing. Reasonable price. I will be using them in the future for all our needs. Thank you guys.

After a week of waiting on another appliance company that my home warranty company had contracted to fix my Samsung dryer, I finally gave up and called Emerald Coast Appliance. I called at 4:15 on Friday and they arrived by 12 on Saturday. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes! Sean was great he even waited to speak to my warranty company, so I can get reimbursed. I will never wait again for my warranty company. I will call Emerald Coast first! Thank you Sean!

Emerald Coast Appliance Repair went above and beyond for me. This isn't the first repair they have made. But every time I use them, I like them better! The service crew is very knowledgeable and the office staff is GREAT! They definitely put the customer first, and are quick and friendly! I honestly have never had better service from a repair company, ever! If you own your own home, rent, or manage rentals, you have to try them. They are the BEST!

We've been using Emerald Coast for 3.5 years since we started renting out. They have been extremely helpful and have always taken care of the problem at a reasonable price! They definitely get my recommendation!

Needed my Samsung dryer looked at, it was turning on. But not running. I had used Emerald Coast Appliance Repair in the past for another issue. After searching for days trying to get someone out in a reasonable/affordable time I found Emerald Coast Appliance Repair. They came out the next day in a time frame they gave with a call that they were on their way. Most companies don’t do this and you wait all day for nothing. Needed to have the fan in a Samsung convection oven repaired/replaced. Found several appliance repair companies online, but I am sure glad I called Emerald Coast Appliance Repair. They wanted to come out the day I called - which wasn't possible on my side. They gave me a 2-hour window for the day we scheduled their 1st appointment - and arrived 20-30 min into that.
