OMG — same day service, timely, efficient and reasonable cost!! Kudos to Josh, who called to let me know he was on the way, was polite and friendly, and did a fabulous job getting a sheet unjammed from under the agitator of my Maytag washer. I called Emerald Coast and Josh was here less than 2 hours later! Josh and Emerald Coast were lifesavers!!

Our freezer stopped working and then our fridge, called them at 10.00am and Sean came out just after 12.00....and all was fixed in 30 minutes. Great service and very friendly and professional. highly recommended.

Last weekend my refrigerator started leaking. I called Emerald Coast Appliance Repair on Sunday morning at 5 AM. A live person answered the phone and scheduled a time that day to have a technician come out. The technician, Don, called to let me know the time he would be there, and he arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem and took care of the leak. He had to order additional parts to prevent future problems, and when they came in we set up a date for the new part installation. Drew came out today and fixed my dishwasher. He has been out twice and both times he was very efficient and pleasant to have in our home. I highly recommended Drew to anyone needing appliance repair.
