WOW! On time, excellent service, and a fair price! Don and his apprentice moved (what I expected to be) an immovable refrigerator, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on the truck, repaired the fridge in a few minutes and even offered to help me chase the dust bunnies. Just had my Maytag Oven repaired by Drew of Emerald Coast Appliance Repair. Drew had the oven repaired in short order. They provide great customer service.
Our Samsung refrigerator was frozen up. Sean was polite and cleaned out the ice and the drain tubes in the back. He was efficient and very helpful. It was a Saturday morning and they were on the job here by 9:15. Everyone we contacted with this business was knowledgeable and thorough.
Highly recommend! Our refrigerator quit working on Memorial Day, first when I called I got to talk to a real person on a holiday🇺🇸💪!!They were able to send repairman Sean the next day, he called me before he got here,( the extra heads up is cool because I was still at the store🤦♀️) As soon as he got here he immediately got to work looking over everything trying figure out the problem, answering all my questions (was even kind enough to ignore the molding leftovers inside it) he was able to fix my refrigerator same day!!... read more

Called today about my icemaker and they sent someone out within two hours. Sean was prompt, competent, reasonable and very polite. In these days of terrible follow up and service we are most appreciative.
