Great Service and support
I hired Emerald Coast to install an split unit. Still haven't been able to enjoy it as it has a freon leak and improperly wired. They guaranteed me a year warranty but have yet to show up to fix. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They DO NOT stand behind their work.
They are awesome and always willing explain any questions we have and help.
Jesse was quick & very professional! I will definitely recommend Emerald Coast Air, to my many Uber & Lyft passengers!
Rachel helped with scheduling and was very pleasant. Jesse, our tech was beyond courteous and pleasant. I will 100% be using them again and be requesting Jesse specifically for any future things!
