AC at our condo wasn’t working when we arrived. Contacted Emerald Coast Thursday evening. By Friday morning determined compressor was shot and lines would not hold a charge. Decided to replace entire unit (old one was 7 years old). By Saturday noon an entire new unit was installed and operational. Could not have possibly gotten better, quicker, more complete service in such a short period of time. Great service, great people (personable!) from the staff to the techs. Quick, reliable, efficient, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. Our go-to HVAC folks and they've never disappointed. Will continue doing business with them.
We bought a new house and soon started having a problem with our AC. We had several service calls with short term success. The problems worsened. An electrician was called who found no electrical issues so then Justin from Emerald Coast Air came. He found the issue, ordered the part, did a thorough check of everything, and replaced the part. Our AC now sounds and runs amazing! It never did either as good before!!! Thank you Justin and Emerald Coast Air.
