We bought a new house and soon started having a problem with our AC. We had several service calls with short term success. The problems worsened. An electrician was called who found no electrical issues so then Justin from Emerald Coast Air came. He found the issue, ordered the part, did a thorough check of everything, and replaced the part. Our AC now sounds and runs amazing! It never did either as good before!!! Thank you Justin and Emerald Coast Air.

(Update below) A Company That Doesn't Stand Behind Its Own Install As someone with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I am shocked by this company's lack of professionalism and customer service. I purchased a two-year-old home where they had installed the AC system. I identified a clear issue with the initial install: one room is significantly warmer than the rest due to very low airflow from the vent. Rachel helped with scheduling and was very pleasant. Justin, our tech was beyond courteous and pleasant. I will 100% be using them again and be requesting Justin specifically for any future things!
