I found that the Emerald Coast Air Conditioner business provides great quick service to their customers in a timely manner. I was lucky to have them send out someone almost immediately within the first 2 hrs especially on a Saturday. The tech Caleb was right on it and diagnosed the problem quickly demonstrating professional knowledge. Gave them a call in the evening and wasn’t sure if they would be able to send anyone out. Justin came out and was super helpful. Fixed our issues and gave me some tips on maintenance.

A Company That Doesn't Stand Behind Its Own Install As someone with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I am shocked by this company's lack of professionalism and customer service. I hired Emerald Coast to air to do a new addition from Tearing out old ductwork to installing new ductwork to moving my old AC and line sets and being patient enough to wait for the new addition to be built. They have responded just anytime I called them and needed them to come move a line over to make room so we could finish framing or to handle any of the situations and they’re just so friendly and kind and respond in a very timely response and it’s just been so easy to work with them! I’m new to the area and recently had issues with my A/C (in mid-July, of course!). I called another company first, and they told me my blower motor was broken. They quoted me an outrageous price, but since it was over 90 degrees outside, I felt desperate to get it fixed.
