One disappointment Stop at the bakery once weekly. Love their breads and danishes. The only thing that turns me of is seeing the help standing outside having a cigarette and then going in and handling my order without washing their hands first after smoking. I'm not the only one that noticed that, some friends stopped going there.
Emerald Failed Customer Service 101 Boycott Emerald Bakery! I heard a story where a friend of mine went in to get a "gender cake" so their family could find out together if they were having a boy or girl based on a pink or blue filling inside the cake. BEST BAKERY EVER! I have been a patron of this bakery for many years and I had them create our 25th anniversary cake. It was the cake of my dreams! Everything Is SO Delicious! The authentic Irish atmosphere and friendly help staff alone will have you returning to this high-quality bakery. The scrumptious goodies will have you running back there every chance you get! They are not expensive at all and the goodies are a lot larger than I've found in most bakeries - making the value you get for your $ even better. Good Value This bakery has wonderful, fresh items at a reasonable price and they accept VISA/MC. Don't go too late I think they close at 6 or 7 p.m. but they are open at 5 a.m. if you don't catch them.
its ok I am not crazy about the selection of there cakes,Its too sugar tasting.The prices are high.I guess if you live around there its a fast place to pick some pasteries. There bread was ok. But not my first choice.The cakes frosting is not natural tasting.I didnt like it

Exceptional in every way... Mary took my color scheme and ideas and turned them into an absolutely perfectly executed two-tiered cake...with a great design and color palette. This was to be the centerpiece for my daughter's baby shower. The flavors she suggested were wonderful.
