I have used EMC Express Care several times and am always very happy with the service and staff. I most recently had a COVID test done, and Dr. Luke came out to my car and explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. Every time I go staff is always professional and prices are very reasonable. I have referred many people over there for care and have even used COVID testing services for office staff and have received positive feedback.
Reciptionest was very rude and tried to double charge me for my labs...tried to explain how i had already paid and she was not responsive at all...then the doctor was very short and not helpful in awnsering any of my questions.
I love EMC Express. Dr. Genco is very passionate when it comes to his patients & the costs. I'm baffled by the reviews below. I've been going here since Dr. Genco opened. Your co-pay is what your Urgent Care Cost with your insurance AND NOT a ER Co-pay which other ER Clinics charge. My co-pay for urgent care is $50 while my co-pay for an ER visit is $250 in which Dr. Genco's office can do they exact same things the other ER facilities do at the cost of an Urgent Care Co-pay. These people are the poster child of incompetence. The staff is so so and the admin personnel is a joke. They waited 2 years to Bill me for a office visit. I do not recommend this Doctor or staff.
This place is the best kept secret in the area for healthcare. I have been coming here with my family for years and have always found the staff to be outstanding and the service quick. We've seen Dr. Genco and he always takes a great deal of time answering our questions and is very thorough and knowledgeable. He sewed up a cut on my daughter's hand and he did such a good job that you can't even see the scar. School physicals are only $10 and we didn't have to wait at all. They changed their name to EMC ExpressCare but I think it is the same owners. This place is great. Always professional and quick. Parking is right near the front door and the times we have been there we get right in and out. The staff is outstanding and we especially like Dr. Genco.
Fantastic service, staff was very quick and helpful, and it was way cheaper than going to the ER. This is our family's go-to place for urgent care!
This place is FABULOUS! The staff was caring, friendly, knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly. I am telling all my friends about it.
