Friendly staff made me feel welcome and calm. Everyone was very understanding of my questions and concerns. Dr. Cantrell thoroughly explained my treatment plan and was very reassuring.
Great expereience from the time I walked in the door. All the staff are very friendly, informative and personable. My only complaint was the hygentist had on a jacket which had cat hair all over it. With such a personal service, it made me uncomfortable. I would suggest she keep a jacket in the office to use when chilly. Thank you.
The Staff are very friendly, call you by name and answer all the questions I have, no matter how difficult. Kate was great with the cleaning and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Susan
My wife and I started going to Dr. Cantrell when he first opened his practice in Wylie several years ago, and it has always been a good experience. This includes routine “cleanings” to putting on “caps”. The front desk personnel are excellent and handle the insurance claims efficiently. We both would highly recommend him for your dental care.

Easy to set appt on line. Alex is so welcoming makes you feel comfortable. Never been to a dentist where I actually wasn't dreading the visit until I started going to Cantrell ( and I've been around for 55 years)! Every single person there treats you like they really care.
