I haven’t been with the NP for long so i can’t say much about their abilities but I can say the receptionist that I talk to on the phone is VERY nice. The best and nicest service I’ve had from a receptionist in a medical office. I like the texting feature too as it makes it very easy to read about the professionals and schedule appointments.
I have been to many therapists over the years. I’ve never connected with them and have ended up only going a couple times. My first visit with Kali I felt totally comfortable, I felt like I had known her for years. Kali has helped me so much in just the last few months. I actually look forward to my appointments. I have met the other therapists also, I like them all. Such a comfortable place to go for therapy.
I can't say enough good things about Embrace Counseling! The entire staff is friendly, kind, welcoming and professional. It's always hard taking the jump to start counseling, but I promise if you come here, you won't regret it.
