Embassy was amazing. The bartender that I had, had great customer service. Make sure you ask for Rachelle Desir whenever you come to the embassy.
You come for the room, you leave with smiles. Room is spacious, and the staffs are great. There's a complimentary snack bar open during happy hour. The pool is clean and heated. Great for the whole family to stay during the winter season.
Bad customer experience. I was in the lobby tonight waiting for a relative to come in. My brother forgot his keycard so I had open to open the door for him. The front desk personnel came up to me and rudely told me to not let people in even though I just letting my relative in. Was my favorite hotel but this totally ruined my experience and not booking here again and will tell other relatives to not book here again
so I don’t usually leave reviews, but something needs to be said about some of the staff there. As a guest, I feel like I’m being watched like a hawk. I understand the importance of having security and ensuring safety and not just letting anyone come in, but as a guest I felt like I am almost being discriminated against. Don’t think I’ll stay here again
A lovely Embassy Suite in the Georgetown area of Washington DC. A lovely atrium to see when you enter with a water feature. We took advantage of the free evening reception and breakfast the next morning. A great large exercise room is available which we took advantage of as well. They have a pool but we didn’t venture there this stay.
