Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast. Happening bar area during happy hour. Walking distance to the cute restaurant/ shopping area on Broadway. well maintained and modern. Indoor pool and fitness area. Amazing breakfast!
I love the location, staff and accommodations.
They did not offer me my bottles of water or acknowledge my Hilton status and unfortunately from other reviews this seems like it might be becoming the norm at this location. Tru in Albany does a much better job at welcoming Hilton honors members, this was the first and last time I stay here. Other notes: Back door repeatedly stuck closed despite flashing green, you could not hear the audible "click" and the door was stuck shut.
