Embassy Suites E Dyer Road Santa Ana CA, 7/29-8/2, rooms 705, 710. I like staying at Embassy Suites, it is my Hotel of choice and I am never disappointed, until now. I have some basic requirements for a hotel. First, security. I had 2 rooms for my family and neither door would close completely. Second, the hot water needs to be hot. I really enjoy staying here for many reasons… the staff is friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is superb and made the way you want it, there is happy hour and you’re given 2 drinks and snacks, the location is great. and the rooms are comfortable, well they could use new mattresses tho. I stay here every 2 weeks for work and each stay has been great. Go literally anywhere else. Sleeping on a park bench would be a better experience. I have a lot to say but google is limiting my word count. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is violating dozens of health and safety codes. Elevator permit is expired. Everything is dirty and if not then its broken. Front desk never answers the phone. Check in was fast and easy with James helping us out when we got in late. Parking is tight but manageable. The included breakfast was great with fresh omlettes and fruit. The rooms have an echo because there isn't carpet but they're cozy and have extra bedding for the fold out. Close to everything we wanted to see and good views from the balcony. We're coming back.
