No AC , keys didn't work half the time. Half the elevators didn't work. There was NO HOT WATER on our last day. I spoke with the manger and she promised to give a misley $80 off a $500 bill and some points and I never received the updated bill with the points. We were just charged FULL PRICE. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never come to this hotel ever again. Horrible stay.

we had one of the worst stays here at embassy suites on august 30th from the room we tried calling front desk and housekeeping for more blankets because it was cold stuck at 66 and the thermostat didn’t let us change it. went down to see phone light going off on the phones but they were silenced and abandoned while i could see the worker in the back just on her phone. this was after they took over an hour to bring up the blankets. on top of that it didn’t seem very clean , hairs on blankets they brought in and the elevator o... read more

I would particularly like to address the manager Kim. I stayed at this hotel and paid extra for some amenities, that way I can enjoy a special weekend. I was forced to have to pack all my stuff to move rooms on the first night because the air conditioning didn't work properly, which was confirmed by the maintenance department, and front desk authorizing the move due to the issue. Took 1 hr to check in on 8/28 because the AC was not working and so many people were trying to check out. The two girls at the front were trying their best but were not communicating to the crowd until it was their turn being helped which was frustrating for someone who was standing in line for 30 mins+. Room 213: blood stain on the flat sheet on the sofa bed. Shower was hard to pull to transition between tub nozzle and shower head. Service was great, omelet bar was delicious, and the location is convenient, although not in a very walkable neighborhood. However this location seems to be in need of a bit of repair/maintenance investment. Our door stuck every time, the accessible shower head leaked when off during shower, and the killer was the double header of the ac being partially down during a heatwave and 3 of the 5 elevators being down while the hotel was highly booked due to some local event.
