호텔 조식을 먹으러 갔는데 직원분이 굉장히 친절하셨습니다! When I went to eat breakfast, the staff was soooooo kind!!!! She is the best!! Her name is DAWN. Thanks for her I enjoyed the breakfast.

The location is good and the rooms are clean but everything else is okay... First I want to say DO NOT use the coupons they give you at the hotel. You can get better value at other restaurants and attractions without a coupon. Am going to give this hotel 3 and I am going to tell you why. First for the most part the staff was nice and the hotel is newer however when we got here the room wasn't ready. I was told check in time is 4 pm? Entgegen aller Behauptungen, die hier zu lesen sindn, können wir nur positives berichten. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Ausblick. Alle Angestellten waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für kanadische(/amerikanische) Hotels ganz normal und wir konnten zu keiner Zeit einen großen Ansturm mit enorm viel Wartezeit beobachten. Fitness- und Poolbereich sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Eine Umkleidemöglichleit für den Poolbereich, wäre schön; aber man kommt auch so klar ;-)

I really hope someone from Embassy Suits or Hilton will read this and groom their staff. There used to be time when hotels were the best at hospitality and customer care. Not anymore I guess. I decided to come to Embassy Suits Niagara this year to celebrate a family event. Buffet breakfast both mornings had the same items. As guests mentioned in previous reviews on Google in the last few weeks, no improvements have been made -- food is still luke warm. They served pork sausage as a meat choice. Chicken or turkey sausages should also be available for those who do not eat pork. Unfortunately, there is no longer a omellete station.
