This place is terrible we had to switch room keys over 4 times the its ben over 2 hours since and were still in the free breakfast lime the elevators take forever and sometimes do work DO NOT GO HERE!!
Booked a room with Embassy Suites by Hilton. This was a very subpar experience. We arrived on Saturday and found that there was construction being done in the building. Certain elevators were not operational to the public which led to very long wait times (10-15 mins in some cases) and capacity filled elevators. While the staff at this hotel may be nice, my experience was far from satisfactory. The elevators were consistently delayed, causing major inconveniences of at least 10-20 minutes. In addition, there was no WiFi and the room keys did not work, making it difficult to access my room. These issues are not just a one-time occurrence, as many others who have stayed at this hotel have faced the same problems.
