I had just gotten off a 4.5 hour flight. Then drove to embassy suites from Pearson airport about another 1.5 hours. We arrived around 2 in the morning. Super tired. Found out we got scammed from a site that was legitamitely impersonating embassy suites. I've never dealt with anything like this and I travel a lot. Haley, the duty manager, was so nice and really saved our night. Really turned my birthday week around. I was feeling bummed but she helped us. Thank you Haley!

The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. However, check-in was disappointing—no information was provided about breakfast, happy hour, or anything else. The biggest issue was the elevators. We were on the 29th floor, and every time we tried to go down, the wait was around 20 minutes (not an exaggeration!). We ended up skipping breakfast because by the time we woke up, there was only about 30 minutes left, and we weren’t sure we’d even make it with the elevator delays. Most expensive and worst hotel Great view BUT…. be careful: I booked a room with a view high floor, yes I paid extra for it, during check-in I was informed that my room was partial view and for full view I would have to pay $300. I said no and that I paid for hight floor Horse Shoe view. Keep in mind they have a booklet with the views to show you what they mean about obstructed view and full view. Do I feel scammed? Yes!
