Fabulous hotel though we're here in the peak winter season so the minor complaint is the wait for the elevators (there's construction going on at the moment so it won't be for long), but oh My God!! The view from our suite is amazing!! I get to watch the falls all the freaking time! Sunrise, sunset, when they put the beautiful lights on and during the day when I'm randomly back at the hotel. Best hotel experience ever!!
Best time ever at the embassy suite !!! room clean my view was with both usa and canada falls so beautiful Thanks to the check in clerk kevin so pleasant and professional !! Wouldn't go to no other hotels in future!!
Great hotel with newly renovated rooms as they prepare to become the Hyatt Niagara. During our stay renovations were ongoing but the staff managed the inconvenience we'll.

First, I would like to acknowledge that our room was excellent and the front desk staff responded quickly whenever we made requests.
