My fellows travels, I hope this is a warning to some of you who really want to enjoy your vacation. I am a traveler and really enjoy Hilton properties but The Embassy Suites by Hilton @ Niagara Falls is the worest location I have ever stay at. Know this it really does has the view and is right next to Niagara Falls. We'll that is all this hotel has to offer. Their service is terrible, do not book this location unless you want to wait 20-30 minutes for a elevator to arrive on your floor, wait 30-45 minutes for guest services ... read more
We kregen dit hotel omdat ons hotel volzet was. Het onthaal was zeer vriendelijke en we ontvingen uitleg over de kamer die we kregen en ontvingen ook de optie om deze nog te upgraden, we kozen voor een kleine upgrade maar dit was zeker de moeite. Het zicht op de Falls en het vuurwerk waren schitterend. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was lekker maar met een beperkt aanbod.
Be aware of tons of hidden fees. Perfect location and Perfect falls view.
First, just because you book a room with a view of the Falls does not mean that is what you get. We booked a King suite Falls view and the picture on the website shows a beautiful view of the Falls for the same room However, it is actually a “partial view of the Falls”. They said they could upgrade us for an additional $150 a night plus taxes and fees. And the room would not be ready until 4pm BUT if we upgraded we could get in early.
