Booked a room with Embassy Suites by Hilton. This was a very subpar experience. We arrived on Saturday and found that there was construction being done in the building. Certain elevators were not operational to the public which led to very long wait times (10-15 mins in some cases) and capacity filled elevators. Excellent hospitality Here's a 200-word review for the Ambassy Hotel (IHG): "Stayed at the Ambassy Hotel recently, and it exceeded expectations! This place is terrible we had to switch room keys over 4 times the its ben over 2 hours since and were still in the free breakfast lime the elevators take forever and sometimes do work DO NOT GO HERE!!

I would not recommend Embassy Suites. We booked fallsview room with breakfast included option. We paid $1099 dollars for two nights. We didn’t get what we booked and there were some renovations going on as it’s been taken over by Hyatt Regency. Windows were dirty. We were unable to sleep well during the night due to constant drilling noise. Breakfast fallsview buffet was closed. Even Gym and other facilities were closed. You should alteast inform the customers before booking. Very much dissappointed.
