Wouldn't accept cash and asked me to be rewards member multiple times. While waiting for my sister to check in they insist she be here at checking in which isn't even til 3. We are arriving in for a funeral and all the hassle and intrusive questions made me feel very uncomfortable!!! I will be going elsewhere.
This is one of the worst places I've been in. I normally ask for extra towels at any place we stay at for my family of four, and get the towels promptly delivered to the room without issues. In the bathroom were only two full towels and two hand towels. No sheets and pillows were provided for the pull-out couch. Each bed had one full-size pillow and 2 mini pillows.
