Great place to stay ,very professional staff ,room was very relaxing n quiet time ,look forward to staying again
This hotel is located across from a mall on a very busy highway. The rooms could have been cleaned better. Reception offered zero hot items. Pool was filthy and there was a froth film over the pool. We were told this was from body sweat, lotions, deodorant, and hair products. Filthy inside and out. The doors to the pool were covered in grime. We celebrate my mother's birthday almost every year at this hotel. Its has been 8 years now and the customer service is the best I have experience ever. The staff members feel like family which makes me feel like a home away from home. The staff member named Ed is the greatest each time here he greets us with a smile and natural warmth that means alot to us. No trip here is complete without seeing him again. Very Very NICE! But no hot water. Chilly....
The rooms were good and recently renovated so that was nice. The service was kind of non existent for what I normally see traveling for work and only staying in the Hilton chain hotels. The area was nice and quiet. The specific room I was in was nice but the location sucked. It was room 217 and next to the elevators. I swear I heard those dang things operating all night.
