I have it to Mr. Ed and Hoover staff have been nothing but really nice and very attentive during my family stay. Mr. Ed makes us feel like family when we come to there his has excellent customer service and always look forward to seeing him each time we visit. And wonderful breakfast and happy hours always a treat.
I would give the rooms, which are essentially apartments, five stars. They are very clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. They are also cleaned every day. Happy hour is great. You get everything free at the bar between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. I definitely deduct points for breakfast: It's the same every day. No sliced fruit or yogurt. Just eggs, sausage, and greasy bacon. Great experience! The rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel staff is kind and very attentive. Perfect location near the Galleria.
