An unfavorable experience. No shampoo, conditioner dispenser doesn't work, nail holes where the towel hooks should have been , floors were not clean, no person in dining area with any hospitality and no butter near pancakes, pool closure and when we asked why the person used inappropriate language explaining the reason . May I inquire as to the designated manager for this property? Our accommodations were not prepared for occupancy at the scheduled check-in time, and the television volume was unacceptably low. We notified the front desk of these issues; however, despite their assurance of sending someone to address them, no one arrived. Embassy Suites previously held a higher standard of service. Children banging on the walls and running throughout the establishment.

We have stayed at many Hilton brand hotels. This is the second Embassy we have stayed at that the room is beyond humid and smells of mold. The building is beautiful but you can tell the wear and tear. I will say though that the service and staff members were beyond kind and accommodating and helpful when we needed it. This did not ruin our view of Embassy for future visits.

Our recent stay at the Embassy Suites Birmingham Hoover was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had with a Hilton property. For a $290+ room, the quality and service fell far below expectations. We were mistakenly given someone else’s room upon arrival—only to have that guest return and inform us it was theirs. The room itself was poorly cleaned, with visible damage to furniture, and the hairdryer was caked with product buildup, hair, and lint. The tub plug and the toilets were both broken.
