This is a nice and clean hotel. Rooms and amenities are very good. I had a bad experience with a staff member embellishing a tip on my credit card in the bar by adding a 167% tip to a $12.35 charge. I have yet to get a refund or apology. I would recommend getting printed receipts for all CC charges.
Enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel and location. The suite was comfortable. Excellent complimentary breakfast, get there early. We were able to upgrade our room to a larger 2bed/2bath suite. In room amenities incl: small fridge, microwave. This hotel does not offer a full kitchenette,so no dish, cups or flatware offered. Bath room incl: shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap and lotion, all were provided from Crabtree & Evelyn.
