I had one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time. When I tried to address an issue during my stay, the manager, Suzanne (or Suzette), was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. This was a very disappointing experience, embassy has been always our favorite hotel to stay for my family and I but until this time, the service was very very bad, from the cleaning to the front desk. The cleaning was very bad, we left some cups since day one and they didn't even bother to pick them up, and we stayed 4 nights, also when we arrived we found a towel that had dry boogers on it and we were disgusted by it, not a very good impression. The hotel room itself was nice and clean, housekeeping always comes around 9 in the morning. The pool was the best part of staying there, to park it cost $25 each day you stay so take that into consideration. They also have a laundry room that you can use especially if you get wet during the day. The location was ok wasn't to far from barton springs.

First time staying at this Embassy! Had a great experience overall the three days I stayed here. Check in was quick and easy, room was cold (highly appreciated after hours of driving), happy hour, hot breakfast, clean room and shared spaces, plus the awesome service from staff! I will be returning when I am in town.
