I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Austin Central and had a great overall experience. The hotel is very spacious, which makes it especially ideal for families or anyone traveling with children or a larger group. There’s plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The standout of this property is truly the staff. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff during breakfast and happy hour, everyone was absolutely awesome friendly, attentive, and welcoming. This hotel is always great to me and my family. Everytime I go the staff are overly nice and help. Jaspreet and Magal are the two that go above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly. This is the only Embassy that I will stay at because it’s a home away from home for us. Thanks
This hotel had bed bugs in room 405 and exposed my whole family. Had to take my newborn to the er at 1am due to bites
The central Austin location is great, however we experienced cold showers, slow draining sinks, broke elevator and room knats when we had no fruits or plants in room. I brought the shower issue and slow draining sink to the front desk that water starts off hot but within a few minutes it becomes cold. Nothing was done. There were 3 in the room and had to wait until hot water returned for about 60 seconds and finished our showers with cold water. We stayed here for a weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, especially considering we paid around $250 per night. On Saturday, we called the front desk to request water through room service. The response we received was cold and unhelpful. We were told that if we wanted free water, we needed to go downstairs to the lobby and get it ourselves from the water station. Otherwise, we could purchase water at the bar.
