Old decor and needs revamping desperately Staff was very nice
The room had an odd smell, and they left the industrial Ozone deodorizer machine in there, so they were obviously aware. The TV remote didn’t have batteries so the TV didn’t work. Could definitely use some updating. The hot tub was nice, and the meals were good.
My family and I are pretty regular guests at this hotel because of my school in Austin and some family events. I have always had a pleasant experience, especially with the receptionist. April is amazing. She is one of a kind. She is very friendly, polite, considerate, and patient (when I needed to wait for my husband to arrive to pick up my credit card and ID). Everything suits me perfectly but no Bibles in the room. Very disappointed. I came here by sad circumstances and hoped I can read Bible since didn’t bring mine. Not coming again, and I will check next time about which hotels has it
